Electronic devices which measures the speed and the wind direction

868 MHz radio module with one input impulse and one resistive input. Relative Pulse counter with frequent radio transmission according to EN 13757-4 norm, T1 mode (Wireless M-Bus).

  • Measurement of the wind speed
  • Measurement of the wind direction
  • Monitoring of winches
  • Weather station
  • Alarm for gusts of wind
  • Monitoring of cable cars
  • Monitoring of conditions of avalanches

  • An input impulse (for anemometer)
  • An resistive input (for weathervane)
  • IN 13757-4, mode T1 (Wireless M-Bus), 868 MHz
  • Range 50 to 800m according to the environment
  • Polyester enclosure IP65
  • Functioning on battery, at least 5 years
  • Internal, replaceable battery

The TRP-10-18-PE module is powered by a lithium battery 3.6V 2.4Ah. The consumption of the module TRP is very low, generally less than 10 μA. The radio transmission consumes more energy but only during some milliseconds.

With the lithium battery, the autonomy can reach 5, 10 even 15 years, according to the selected settings.

The battery is replaceable.

By default, the interval of measure of the TRP-10-18-PE is 10 seconds. The interval of measure can be modified by the serial interface with the appropriate software.

The TRP-10-18-PE is planned to be connected to an anemometer and to a weathervane. The TRP can be fixed, for example, to a pole.
